Two days ago we had a cruel awakening.. oh wait... UCSD... Class.. I think we have something called homework, since we are actually studying here... The last three days we have been working like crazy since it hit us that mid-terms are next week and none of us had even bought a book.

Luckily, the weather has been really bad the last days, just in time for our studying.Just right before the weekend I went online to rent my books. The books for class are extremely expensive, some over 200 dollars, and I have no use for them for my masters, so I see no point in buying them. Also, if I sell them used, I will lose money anyway, so I might as well rent them. It is a really smart invention, you rent the books, you can mark them, write in them, and when you are done you just return them. It only cost about 30 dollars pr book.
